In this contemporary ballet class, we will explore elements of ballet technique in an accessible and anatomical way as we move from "barre" work into a mini-center. Working together as tiny images, and with our own structure/form in the moment, we will work to hone technical skills and artistry, remaining open to discovering ways of moving within a known form.
